1What SPYDER keeps

• A transcript of each ticket when it closes, so staff can look back at it if needed. It contains only what was posted in that ticket.
• A basic record of each open ticket (who opened it and when) so the bot can manage it.

Nothing else is collected, tracked or stored.

2Message content

SPYDER reads messages only inside ticket channels, to respond to what is asked there and to build the ticket transcript. It does not read, log or store messages anywhere else in the server.

3Who can see it

Transcripts are saved in a private channel in the LJ server that only staff can see. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.

4Your login is never asked for

SPYDER and LJ staff will never ask for your Discord or Roblox password, codes or cookies.

5Removal

To have your transcripts deleted, open a ticket in the LJ Discord server.

6Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
