Terms of Service

1What SPYDER is

• SPYDER only opens, sorts, tracks and closes tickets, and saves transcripts.
• It is not a store, a seller or a payment service. Any deal made in a ticket is between you and the LJ staff.
• It is built for the LJ server only and isn't offered to other servers.

2Orders

• Prices and stock can change at any time.
• Your order is confirmed only when staff confirm it in your ticket.
• On-hold items are sent once Roblox's hold ends.

3Payment

• Pay only to the details posted in your ticket. We never ask for payment in DMs.
• Send the exact coin and network shown. Crypto sent to the wrong address or network can't be recovered.
• All payments are final. Crypto payments can't be reversed.

4Delivery

• Items are sent to the Roblox username you give us, so double-check it.
• We aren't responsible for delays caused by Roblox, such as outages, trade holds or limits on your account.
• Warranties only cover what is written in your ticket, for the time shown.

5Tickets

Inactive tickets close automatically. Every ticket is saved as a transcript when it closes.

6Rules

No scamming, spamming, impersonating staff or abusing the bot. Staff can refuse service or remove access if you break these rules.

7The fine print

• We are not affiliated with Roblox, Discord or Rolimons.
• SPYDER is provided as is. Our liability is limited to what you paid for your order.
• We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
